Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it

• Be unworn and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable products such as food, flowers, or plants

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Personal care and beauty products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest option is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cancellation Right

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must still be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with its original tags and packaging. You may also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the money will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
